Who We Are

Toah Nipi serves as a gathering place for individuals and groups to reflect and experience the goodness of God amidst the beauty of His creation. With a rich history as a previous haven for indigenous peoples, the Melville and Torvela families, Trinitarian Congregational Church of Wayland, and most recently, a camp operated by InterVarsity Christian Fellowship.

In 2022, a new vision emerged to guide Toah Nipi into the next chapter as an independent Christian camping and retreat center, dedicated to serving students, families, and churches by fostering an environment for deeper connections with God and one another.

Where We Are

Situated in the Monadnock Region of Southern New Hampshire, our camp is 50 miles from the city of Boston, Massachusetts.

Surrounded by the picturesque landscapes of Mt. Watatic and Mt. Monadnock, our peaceful retreat center offers breathtaking views for those who embark on the nearby hiking trails or relax at the lake.

Toah Nipi Programs

30 Acre Spring Fed Pond

Experience the beauty of our 30-acre spring-fed pond, complete with canoes, kayaks, and a sandy beach for swimming and relaxation. Don’t forget your fishing pole, our pond is stocked with largemouth bass.
Stone Prayer Garden

Find solace in our Stone Prayer Garden, a peaceful outdoor space for moments of reflection, meditation, and worship.
Snowshoeing

Explore nearby trails throughout the winter with snowshoes courtesy of Toah Nipi. Perfect for exploring after a fresh snowfall.
Recreation Sites

Enjoy a variety of recreational activities with our sporting fields, basketball and volleyball courts, and a selection of lawn game equipment for team challenges and family fun.
Woodland Hiking Trails

Embark on an adventure along our woodland hiking trails that stretch across 300 acres of secluded land. Like local hikes? The region’s hidden gem, Mount Watatic, and the world’s 2nd most climbed mountain, Mount Monadnock, are just a short drive from camp!
Firepits & Fireplaces

End your day at Toah Nipi by the warmth of our firepits and fireplaces. Engage in worship, share in laughter, and build lasting memories while making S'Mores together.
Indoor Games

Enjoy indoor fun at Toah Nipi with a range of games, from foosball and ping-pong, to table games and puzzles. At Toah Nipi, the weather doesn’t stop us from making fun-filled memories.
Broomball

During the winter our pond freezes over and is the best place at camp for a game of broomball.
Tubing

We’ll show you the best places at Toah Nipi to go tubing and host races with the whole family.
Rock Climbing Wall

Challenge yourself and your friends on our rock climbing wall. Our staff will explain some climbing basics to help get you started.
